Job Summary

To enhance internal and external communications, the full-time Communications Specialist will develop and implement strategic communication plans, manage content creation, and coordinate company-wide messaging while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute communication strategies to support organizational goals
• Manage the development of content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and internal communications
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
• Proven experience in a communications role, preferably within a tech or startup environment
• Strong understanding of digital communication tools and social media platforms
• Experience in content creation and editing for diverse audiences
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
