Communications Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Comfort Communications Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Support segmentation updates, manual data uploads, audience list refreshes, and QA within CRM software
• Coordinate communications reviews with external partners and manage inbound collateral requests
• Conduct audits of member/employer-facing communications to ensure accuracy and brand alignment

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing operations, or CRM/campaign support
• Familiarity with CRM software (Braze or comparable) and digital marketing workflows
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple requests and deadlines
• Experience working cross-functionally with various teams and external vendors
• Extra credit for familiarity with health-benefits communications or regulated industries
