Job Summary

A company is looking for a Communications Specialist to shape and execute internal communications and customer community strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute content plans and editorial calendars for internal communications and the customer community platform
  • Create compelling content to support strategic priorities and drive measurable engagement
  • Plan and execute communications campaigns for key initiatives, product launches, and events
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or similar field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Four or more years of experience in communications, marcomm, or digital community support
  • Experience using internal communications platforms and tools; familiarity with Firstup platform preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders
