Job Summary

A company is looking for a Communications Specialist to assist with email, web, social marketing, and digital outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the organization's Communications Plan, targeting specific audiences using market research
• Create and manage an electronic communications calendar and a library of stock messages for digital platforms
• Track and report marketing analytics, ensuring quality assurance and alignment of communications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in communications, social media, and digital marketing
• Proficiency in email marketing management platforms, preferably Salesforce or GovDelivery
• Experience with marketing automation and social media management tools
• Ability to obtain a security clearance or DoW background investigation
