Job Summary
A company is looking for a Communications Specialist to support the Department of Veterans Affairs in executing transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support change management and strategic communications across RISE implementation workstreams
- Develop and execute communication strategies and products to guide stakeholders through organizational transformation
- Collaborate with executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of messaging and support governance activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in strategic communications, change management, or organizational transformation initiatives
- Experience developing executive-level communications materials
- Legal Authorization to work in the U.S
- Experience supporting stakeholder engagement in complex organizations
