Job Summary

A company is looking for a Communications Specialist to support the Department of Veterans Affairs in executing transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support change management and strategic communications across RISE implementation workstreams
  • Develop and execute communication strategies and products to guide stakeholders through organizational transformation
  • Collaborate with executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of messaging and support governance activities


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in strategic communications, change management, or organizational transformation initiatives
  • Experience developing executive-level communications materials
  • Legal Authorization to work in the U.S
  • Experience supporting stakeholder engagement in complex organizations
