Communications Specialist

Job Summary

Working collaboratively within the PBM Strategic Relations team, the full-time Communications Specialist will manage PBM partner communications by tracking and maintaining a centralized repository of information, ensuring accuracy and accessibility in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, collect, and track communications received from PBM partners
• Maintain a structured and up-to-date repository of PBM program information within Confluence
• Conduct routine quality assurance checks to ensure content accuracy and integrity

Required qualifications

• Experience working with content management systems or internal knowledge repositories (e.g., Confluence)
• Exposure to healthcare, pharmacy benefits, or other regulated environments
• Familiarity with documentation standards, audit processes, or compliance requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships
• Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset
