Communications Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Communications Specialist will manage internal SharePoint-based web solutions, oversee email analytics programs, and support stakeholder training and technical assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder training, including content development and support materials
• Manage the development of new SharePoint features and track usage metrics
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders and investigate new tools for Corporate Communications

Required qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of industry experience, with 3 to 5 years in email analytics solutions
• 3 to 5 years of in-depth knowledge of SharePoint web parts, lists, and workflows
• 2 to 3 years of training experience
• Technical college degree (BS or BA in Computer Science or Engineering is a plus)
• Knowledge of HTML and Microsoft Office 365 products
