Job Summary

To support West Coast operations, the part-time Shared Services Communications Specialist will provide timely and professional support to stores and vendors, resolve customer inquiries, and maintain a high level of service while working remotely during scheduled hours of 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide courteous support to stores and vendors regarding general inquiries and resolve customer complaints via multiple communication channels
  • Take ownership of inquiries from initial contact through resolution, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and maintain a positive customer experience
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in call center, contact center, or high-volume customer service environments
  • General accounting knowledge and understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Strong computer skills, including data entry and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy and meeting performance expectations
  • Self-motivated and adaptable professional who can thrive independently and as part of a team
