Job Summary
Creating and managing core messaging and content that adheres to company policies and regulatory requirements, the full-time Communications & Content Governance Specialist III will develop a variety of communications materials, coordinate external speaking opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain diverse communications content, including messaging documents, health communications, and multimedia materials
- Coordinate and track external speaking opportunities and thought leadership commitments across the organization
- Collaborate with business and marketing teams to support communications campaigns and leverage content across internal platforms
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising/Public Relations, or a related field
- Five (5) years of communications experience in corporate, product, or executive communications
- Health care communications experience preferred
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives effectively
