Communications Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a dynamic marketing and social media team, the contract Communications Specialist will plan and execute influencer campaigns for a major gaming franchise, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize creator relationships and community engagement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of influencer campaigns aligned with franchise strategy and major cultural moments
• Manage day-to-day influencer program operations, including outreach, contracting, and ongoing communications
• Track and interpret influencer campaign performance, contributing to reporting dashboards and optimizing future activations

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships
• At least 3 years of experience within the gaming sector or at a major game publisher
• Minimum of 2 years in a dedicated influencer marketing role
• Strong knowledge of the Minecraft creator ecosystem and familiarity with various creator platforms
• Proven ability to manage multiple creator workstreams and deliverables simultaneously
