Communications Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a major federal healthcare modernization initiative, the full-time remote Communications Specialist will develop strategic communications to inform stakeholders and facilitate technology adoption throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies for enterprise healthcare modernization initiatives
• Create various communication materials, including executive briefings, newsletters, and implementation updates
• Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent messaging and support stakeholder engagement activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, Business Administration, or a related field
• Three years of experience in communications for enterprise technology, healthcare, or government programs
• Experience in creating executive presentations and stakeholder engagement materials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools
• Familiarity with Organizational Change Management and technology adoption initiatives is preferred
