Communications Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting one of the nation's largest federal healthcare modernization initiatives, the full-time remote Communications Specialist will develop strategic communications to inform government stakeholders, healthcare organizations, and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies for enterprise healthcare modernization initiatives
• Create various communication materials, including executive briefings, newsletters, and implementation updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and support stakeholder engagement activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, Business Administration, or a related field
• Three years of experience in communications supporting enterprise technology, healthcare, or government programs
• Experience creating executive presentations and stakeholder engagement materials
• Familiarity with Organizational Change Management and technology adoption initiatives
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance
