Job Summary

To enhance internal and external communications, the full-time Communications Specialist will write and edit content, manage the employer brand on various platforms, and develop executive communications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Write and edit internal communications for all organizational levels
  • Manage the employer brand presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other relevant platforms
  • Develop executive communications, including presentations and talking points
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in corporate, healthcare, or government sectors
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a thorough knowledge of AP editorial style
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
