Communications Specialist

Job Summary

To support long-term client partnerships, the part-time remote Communications Specialist will produce engaging written and digital content, collaborate with teams on various communications materials, and manage multiple projects effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the customer communications team to draft newsletters, alerts, and other communication materials
• Execute individual projects and programs while ensuring successful delivery in partnership with team members
• Develop and execute email campaigns while maintaining brand standards and completing proofreading requests

Required qualifications

• BS/BA degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in communications, focusing on copywriting and digital communications
• Demonstrated ability to write, edit, and proofread high-quality communications content
• Proven experience developing content for digital channels, including social media and web content
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in experience design
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholder requests independently
