Communications Specialist

Job Summary

To expand the reach of research initiatives, the full-time remote Communications Specialist will manage media outreach, produce newsletters, and oversee social media content while collaborating with researchers and the Lead Editor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage press inquiries and coordinate podcast and speaking outreach logistics for Epoch researchers
• Own the production workflow for the Epoch Brief newsletter, including drafting and distributing content
• Draft and schedule social media posts, monitor engagement, and implement content updates on the website

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of professional experience in communications, media relations, or marketing
• Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clean and accurate short-form copy
• Experience engaging with media through pitching or coordinating press outreach
• Familiarity with AI research to accurately convey Epoch's outputs
• Excellent organizational skills and reliability in managing workflows
