Communications Specialist
Job Summary
To support a large healthcare provider community, the remote Communications Specialist will develop and execute strategic communication plans, manage provider-facing communications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive awareness and engagement in provider revalidation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive communication plans for Provider Revalidation initiatives
- Create, edit, and maintain provider-facing communications such as email campaigns, letters, and presentations
- Monitor communication effectiveness and adjust strategies to enhance provider outreach and ensure operational success
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in developing and executing strategic communications plans within healthcare or managed care environments
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience supporting healthcare, Medicaid, or provider operations in highly regulated industries
- Proven track record of managing provider-facing communications across multiple channels and stakeholder groups
