Communications Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in Texas, the full-time Associate Communications Specialist will develop and implement digital communication strategies to promote the WellMed Charitable Foundation and enhance brand awareness through social media and marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across various platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for campaign development and monitor engagement metrics

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or 4+ years of comparable work experience
• 1+ years of experience in written communication, advertising, and marketing coordination activities
• Previous or current experience as a contractor at UGH or its subsidiaries
• Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for occasional overtime
• Strong teambuilding and leadership skills with a focus on creative solutions
