Job Summary
To support ongoing operational IT communications and high-priority technology initiatives, the temporary remote Communications Specialist will develop audience-focused communications, manage recurring operational updates, and translate technical information for diverse audiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop clear communications for technology changes, implementations, and planned downtime
- Manage recurring operational communications, including newsletters and system maintenance updates
- Gather and validate information from technical experts, translating it into actionable messages
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, organizational change, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Approximately 3-5 years of experience in communications, change management, or project coordination
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams and SharePoint
- Experience managing deadline-driven communication processes
