Communications Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing marketing team, the full-time remote Communications Specialist will develop and execute communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation while managing the creation and distribution of communications deliverables across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communications strategies that drive brand awareness through digital content and other platforms
• Manage the full lifecycle of communications deliverables, making independent decisions on messaging and timing
• Serve as a brand steward, ensuring quality and adherence to communications standards across all firm communications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• At least 5+ years of marketing or communications experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Flexibility to work outside normal business hours based on project needs
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
