Job Summary
To support successful adoption of healthcare technology and process changes, the remote Communications Specialist will develop and execute communication strategies, create audience-centered messaging, and advise project leaders on stakeholder engagement and communication timing.
Key responsibilities
- Develop executive, leadership, and employee-facing communications for high-visibility initiatives
- Advise project and operational leaders on messaging, stakeholder engagement, and change readiness
- Establish communication approaches and governance while identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies
Required qualifications
- Approximately 3-5 years of experience in communications, change management, or project coordination
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex information for non-technical audiences
- Experience managing recurring communications and editorial calendars
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
