Job Summary

Owning the accuracy of product information and consumer messaging, the full-time remote Communications & Knowledge Management Specialist will manage internal knowledge systems, translate complex product details into clear communications, and lead content development processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer internal knowledge systems, ensuring product-related content is accurate and aligned across platforms
• Research and translate complex product information into concise messaging for internal stakeholders
• Lead the content development lifecycle, coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and secure approvals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in communications, content management, or a related role
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex information
• Project management experience with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
• Experience working with knowledge management systems or content platforms
