Job Summary
To support stakeholder engagement and clear communication of Zero Trust maturity and implementation progress, the full-time remote Communications Specialist will develop executive briefings, translate technical information for varied audiences, and maintain consistent messaging across various communication materials.
Key responsibilities
- Develop executive briefings, stakeholder updates, and concise summaries of maturity and implementation progress
- Translate technical findings and recommendations into clear language for diverse stakeholder audiences
- Support communication planning for system implementation waves and operational readiness activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Technical Writing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Three or more years of communications or technical writing experience in IT, cybersecurity, or Federal programs
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical information for executive and nontechnical audiences
- Strong editing, presentation development, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to manage recurring communications in a fast-moving technical environment
