Communications Specialist

Job Summary

To support organizational objectives, the full-time remote Communications Specialist will develop and implement communication strategies, create and distribute messaging materials, and coordinate communication initiatives to enhance stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies that align with organizational goals
• Create, edit, and distribute communication materials while ensuring consistent messaging
• Coordinate communication initiatives and monitor their effectiveness for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Three or more years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing communications
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in corporate communications or employee communications preferred
