Communications Specialist
Job Summary
To support a global communication strategy, the contract Communications Specialist will oversee internal communication planning and execution for the Client Business Transformation Management organization, ensuring alignment and engagement among over 1,200 colleagues while working fully remote.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and execution of the internal communication strategy, translating priorities into actionable initiatives
- Develop and manage a regular communication calendar, coordinating with business owners and communication leads across the organization
- Lead content coordination for key quarterly communications, including financial updates and employee newsletters
Required qualifications
- Experience in internal communications or organizational communication strategy
- Proven ability to manage communication projects and initiatives effectively
- Familiarity with SharePoint and other internal communication tools
- Strong understanding of communication governance and best practices
- Background in marketing, public relations, or related fields
