Communications Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Communications Strategist to support enterprise-level internal communications and executive messaging initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for high-visibility initiatives, programs, and campaigns
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to plan, write, edit, and deliver executive-level communications
• Analyze communication effectiveness using analytics and performance metrics; recommend adjustments to improve impact

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience developing and executing internal or corporate communication strategies and campaigns
• Proven experience working directly with senior or executive leadership
• Strong knowledge of change management principles and communications best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
