Communications Strategist

Job Summary

To support organizational objectives, the full-time Communications Strategist will develop internal communication strategies, manage editorial calendars, oversee project execution, and analyze communication performance, all while collaborating with various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develops strategic communication plans for internal initiatives to promote organizational understanding and successful business outcomes
• Creates and maintains editorial calendars and channel strategies while leading campaign discoveries and debrief meetings
• Manages content and engagement analytics to assess communication performance and adjust strategies as necessary

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, English, business, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
• Minimum of eight years of strategic communications management experience, including data analysis
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar project certification preferred
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency with project management software
• Experience in a progressive communications or marketing work environment with an emphasis on data analysis or process improvement
