Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, National Communications Strategy & Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads the development and execution of strategic communication plans aligned with organizational goals
• Manages communication materials development teams to ensure high-quality outputs and compliance with regulations
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to utilize data-driven insights for optimizing communication strategies

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of progressive communications/marketing experience, preferably in health care
• Minimum of 1 year of management/leadership experience
• Experience in leading communications strategy and strategic planning initiatives
• Strong understanding of CMS regulations and member engagement strategies
• Experience with communication analytics platforms and project management in a regulated environment
