Communications Strategy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, National Communications Strategy & Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic communication plans aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
• Serve as the primary communications lead for a designated region, ensuring consistent communication throughout the material development lifecycle
• Track progress on communication initiatives, identify risks, and communicate strategies for timely delivery while fostering cross-functional partnerships

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of progressive communications/marketing experience, preferably in health care/managed care
• Minimum of 1 year of management/leadership experience
• Experience in leading communications/marketing strategy and strategic planning initiatives
• Strong understanding of CMS regulations and member engagement strategies
• Proficiency in communication analytics platforms and strategic planning tools
