• Support Practitioner Champions with resources and guidance

Required Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating projects or events with multiple components
• Proficiency in CRM and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, D365)
• Ability to track data and produce clear reports
• Experience in community engagement or customer activation
• Familiarity with digital marketing or social media is a plus
