Job Summary

- Develop and manage customer advocacy programs, including case studies and testimonials
- Design and run ambassador programs and cultivate relationships with key industry voices
Required Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building skills with high emotional intelligence
- Experience with customer communities or advocacy programs
- Ability to execute programs from idea to implementation
- Comfort engaging with clinicians and healthcare professionals
- Experience in healthcare, ABA, or behavioral health is a plus
