Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture an engaged community of clinicians and customers
• Develop and manage customer advocacy programs, including case studies and testimonials
• Design and run ambassador programs and cultivate relationships with key industry voices

Required Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building skills with high emotional intelligence
• Experience with customer communities or advocacy programs
• Ability to execute programs from idea to implementation
• Comfort engaging with clinicians and healthcare professionals
• Experience in healthcare, ABA, or behavioral health is a plus
