Community Analyst

Job Summary

Providing frontline support for DNC Tech data and products, the full-time Community Analyst will manage user inquiries, facilitate training, and maintain documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and troubleshoot technical questions from users about tools and datasets via a customer support queue
• Partner with the product team to facilitate training and rollout of new features and datasets
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of DNC tech and data products and processes

Required qualifications

• Experience working on a political campaign or at a state party or political tech organization
• Experience in an externally-facing role, such as user or customer support
• Familiarity with VoteBuilder or other organizing tools
• Basic understanding of SQL or similar languages for analyzing large datasets
• Proven ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment
