Community Analyst

Job Summary

To provide frontline support for DNC Tech data and products during the midterm elections, the full-time Community Analyst will troubleshoot technical questions, facilitate training, and maintain documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer and troubleshoot technical questions from users about tools, products, and datasets via a customer support queue
• Partner with the product team to train users on new features and facilitate virtual training sessions
• Gather user feedback to identify common problems and ensure documentation and usability of tech products

Required qualifications:

• Experience working on a political campaign or at a state party or political tech organization
• Experience in an externally-facing role, such as user or customer support
• Familiarity with VoteBuilder or similar organizing tools
• Proven ability to thrive in a fully remote environment with strong asynchronous communication skills
• Basic understanding of SQL or similar languages for analyzing large datasets
