Community and Brand Strategist

Job Summary

Seeking a scrappy, growth-minded Community and Brand Strategist, the full-time remote position will manage Bonfire's social media presence, develop strategies for brand awareness and seller acquisition, and tell compelling stories through various channels, including influencer marketing and UGC programs.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and manage Bonfire's social media presence across multiple platforms with a focus on growth
• Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and drive seller acquisition
• Build and manage influencer and creator marketing programs, ensuring measurable outcomes

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in social media, community marketing, or brand marketing
• Proven experience owning social channels or community programs with measurable results
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools
• Technologically savvy with strong computer skills and adaptability to new tools
• Consistent access to a distraction-free home workspace with reliable high-speed internet
