Job Summary

To enhance community engagement, the full-time remote Community and Channel Strategy Manager will build and grow Jerry's organic presence across platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok while developing a content strategy that fosters authentic user interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key channels where customers congregate
• Develop a playbook for community engagement, outlining effective posting and interaction strategies
• Measure community sentiment and engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Proven ability to create engaging content in traditionally "boring" categories
• Experience building and managing online communities, particularly on platforms like Reddit and TikTok
• Strategic mindset focused on long-term organic trust and engagement
