Job Summary

To enhance community engagement, the full-time remote Community and Channel Strategy Manager will build Jerry's organic presence on platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok, while developing a content strategy that fosters authentic connections with users.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key community channels
• Develop a strategic playbook for engagement in various online communities
• Measure and analyze community sentiment, share of voice, and referral traffic

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Proven ability to make complex topics relatable and engaging
• Experience in building and nurturing online communities
• A strategic mindset focused on long-term organic trust building
