Community and Content Marketer

Job Summary

Obsessed with growing the vertical software community, the full-time remote Community and Content Marketer will manage promotional content for Vertex, drive community engagement, and support broader content initiatives for Rainforest.

Key responsibilities

• Own all promotional content for Vertex, including emails, social posts, and landing page copy
• Grow Vertex attendance by managing the RSVP process and maintaining relationships with community members
• Manage the Vertex Slack community to drive engagement and identify new community touchpoints

Required qualifications

• 2+ years in content marketing or community management, ideally with a mix of both
• Strong writing skills that align with the brand's voice, combining clarity and confidence
• Understanding of B2B SaaS audiences and their specific needs
• Passion for vertical software and a curiosity about the industry
• Experience with event management or knowledge of Slack community tools is a bonus
