Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community & Creator Lead to engage with the engineering community.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and run engineering challenges and produce engaging events
• Establish and manage partnerships with creators and influencers in the engineering space
• Build and nurture communities, creating content that resonates with engineers

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in community management, creator partnerships, events, or a related creative/marketing role
• Proven track record of building communities, creator programs, or content engines
• Familiarity with technical fields, preferably mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or robotics
• Strong writing skills with an authentic voice
• Ability to execute quickly and think creatively
