Job Summary
To support a growing gaming community, the contract Community & Social Manager will engage with players, create content, and gather feedback while working remotely to enhance the experience around the company's titles.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with players through various platforms, responding to inquiries and organizing community events
- Create engaging content for social media and collaborate with marketing to promote game updates
- Gather player feedback and insights to inform the development team and monitor community sentiment
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of proven experience in community and social media management for video games or similar products
- Strong knowledge of gaming culture and trends
- Proficiency in social media management and community platforms (Discord, Reddit, etc.)
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Monday.com
- Enthusiasm for video games and a genuine passion for engaging with the gaming community
