Community Associate

Job Summary

To support and scale a community of Venture Capitalists, the remote Community Associate will manage community communications, organize events, and foster positive interactions among members while leveraging their community management experience in a startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and manage community communications and discussions
• Plan, promote, and host virtual and in-person events, webinars, and AMAs
• Monitor industry trends in venture capital and community management to enhance community engagement

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management, social media, or related roles, preferably in fintech, VC, or startup ecosystems
• Previous experience with accelerator operations
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A strong personal interest in Venture Capital
