Managing key processes within the Community Benefit team, the full-time salaried Community Benefit Manager will support health needs assessments, oversee implementation strategies, and guide local collaborative partnerships in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage processes and responsibilities related to community benefit initiatives for the organization's market or region
  • Support planning and coordination of health needs assessments and implementation strategies
  • Create community benefit program standards and oversee data entry and reporting
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Community Health or Public Health required
  • 3 years of relevant work experience required; 5 years preferred
  • 1 year of leadership or management experience required; 5 years preferred
