Job Summary
A company is looking for a Community Care Advocate Scheduler (Call Center).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls from individuals seeking social services and community resources
- Provide information and referrals for assistance with food, housing, shelter, utilities, clothing, and transportation support
- Document all caller interactions accurately according to established procedures
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior high-volume inbound call center experience in a queue-based environment
- Ability to manage emotionally sensitive or crisis-driven conversations professionally
- Must pass background check and drug screen (marijuana not tested)
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
