Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Care Advocate Scheduler (Call Center).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls from individuals seeking social services and community resources
  • Provide information and referrals for assistance with food, housing, shelter, utilities, clothing, and transportation support
  • Document all caller interactions accurately according to established procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior high-volume inbound call center experience in a queue-based environment
  • Ability to manage emotionally sensitive or crisis-driven conversations professionally
  • Must pass background check and drug screen (marijuana not tested)
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
