Job Summary

To enhance community engagement, the full-time remote Community & Channel Strategy Manager will build and grow Jerry's organic presence across platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok while developing strategies for authentic user interaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key community channels
• Develop a playbook for engagement strategies tailored to each platform
• Measure community sentiment and engagement metrics to assess impact

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social media
• Familiarity with fintech, insurtech, or consumer-facing regulated categories
• Strong understanding of SEO and content strategy
• Proven ability to create relatable content in complex subjects
• Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term community trust building
