Key Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based blood pressure control practices and provide related education
• Support community partner capacity to improve health outcomes and promote nutrition security initiatives
• Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers and community partners to achieve health impact goals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in public health or related fields preferred
• Proven organizational skills and ability to work independently and in teams
• Commitment to improving rural health outcomes
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Ability to lift and move large objects and access reliable internet when working remotely
