Key Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based blood pressure control practices and provide related education
• Support community partners to improve health outcomes and implement nutrition security initiatives
• Deliver health education on cardiovascular health topics and recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in public health or related fields preferred
• Proven track record with communications and organizational skills
• Commitment to improving rural health outcomes
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Able to lift and/or move large objects and access reliable internet when working remotely
