Key Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based blood pressure control practices and provide related education
• Support community partner capacity to improve health outcomes and implement nutrition security initiatives
• Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers and community partners to achieve community impact goals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in public health preferred
• Proven track record in communications and organizational skills
• Commitment to improving rural health outcomes
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Able to lift and/or move large objects and access reliable internet when working remotely
