Community Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Coordinator for their revenue organization's marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute campaigns to attract and convert new members to the HR Superstars community
• Engage with community members through social posts, polls, and newsletters
• Organize events and special moments to bring the community together

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience managing or supporting an online community
• Prior in-house marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Technical mastery of online community platforms, social media platforms, and email/marketing automation platforms
• Familiarity with tools for content creation, project management, and measurement
• Familiarity with the HR profession preferred, but not required
