Job Summary

To support community engagement initiatives, the remote Community Development Analyst will manage CRM data optimization, process improvements, and relationship mapping to enhance community ties and identify growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Translate qualitative insights into actionable data within the CRM, optimizing community relationships
• Evaluate and streamline existing workflows while establishing documentation for scalable processes
• Support leadership in cultivating relationships and conducting analyses to identify connection opportunities within the network

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in relationship management, strategic partnerships, or network development
• Proficiency in Salesforce and data visualization tools
