Job Summary

To support community engagement efforts, the remote full-time Community Development Analyst will manage CRM data optimization, streamline processes, and enhance relationship management to foster strategic outreach and community growth.

Key responsibilities

• Translate qualitative insights into actionable data within the CRM, ensuring data quality and organization
• Evaluate workflows to automate inefficiencies and establish standard operating procedures for team scalability
• Support leadership in nurturing relationships, conducting gap analyses, and tracking market intelligence to identify strategic opportunities

Required qualifications
