Community Development Associate

Job Summary

The full-time Community Development Associate will recruit conference attendees across various public service industries, utilizing sales, marketing, and recruiting processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective applicants via phone and email to promote event attendance
• Report on attendee engagement and pipeline feedback to department heads
• Conduct data entry and maintain the CRM system while researching new leads

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of cold calling experience or high-volume outbound communication
• 1-2 years of experience with data entry and CRM systems
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• 1-2 years of sales experience or event operations experience
• Knowledge of healthcare and/or local government industries is a plus
