Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Community.

Key Responsibilities

• Design systems and processes to transform the community into an economic opportunity network
• Redesign the mentor and volunteer engagement model to foster lasting community membership
• Activate partnerships with corporate and industry partners to provide real opportunities for community members

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in community building or network-driven organizations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in scaling a community that produced measurable outcomes for its members
• Experience with community data systems and designing systems to track real outcomes
• Ability to build relationships with corporate partners that deliver value to community members
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with AI tools and experience integrating them into workflows
